3 The lower part of the window in greens and blues represent the hills, valleys and mountains of Wales where Llantarnam Abbey is situated.
4 The mountains and hills represent the high moments times of grace and vision over the last Millennium, the valleys represent the low moments times of difficulty and struggle.
5 The river (blue) represents all that is nurturing and life giving the Water of Life. The white circle of Light symbolizes the centrality of God and reflects the Eucharistic nature of the spirit of the sisters.
6 The top section of the window denoted movement and life. It symbolises the journey of life ever moving and forever changing.
